How to use the Calendar Invite (.ics) Generator

What does this tool do?

.ics files are the universal calendar format (iCalendar, RFC 5545). Attach one to an email or put it on a web page and anyone can add the event to Google, Apple, Outlook or another calendar.

Times are converted to UTC inside the file, so each person sees the event in their own time zone.
