Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Signature → paste.

Outlook: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature → paste.

Apple Mail: Settings → Signatures → paste, then untick “Always match my default message font”.

Logos are embedded in the signature. Some email apps block embedded images — for best results host your logo online and use its URL.
