How to use the EML to PDF
- Save emails as .eml files from your mail app (Gmail: ⋮ → Download message).
- Drop one or more .eml files here.
- Download a PDF — several emails are combined, each starting on a new page.
What does this tool do?
Keeping emails as PDFs is common for HR records, legal evidence, invoices and project archives. The tool reads standard MIME messages, including quoted-printable and Base64 bodies, international subjects and multipart HTML emails.
Attachments are listed by name and size but aren't included. Emails are read on your device and never uploaded.
Why use it?
- Headers, body and attachment list.
- Batch into one PDF.
- Private — no upload.
Accuracy and limits
- HTML formatting and images aren't reproduced, and non-Latin characters can't be drawn with the built-in fonts. Outlook .msg files aren't supported.
Privacy
Your files are processed entirely in your browser using built-in web technologies. They are not uploaded to our servers, and closing the page clears them from memory. There's no account to create and nothing to install.
