What does this tool do?
Markdown is ideal for notes apps, wikis, static sites, GitHub READMEs — and for pasting documents into AI chat tools, where structure helps. Line breaks inside paragraphs are joined, hyphenated words are re-joined, and page headers and footers that repeat on every page are dropped.

Accuracy and limits
- Tables, multi-column layouts and footnotes come out as plain paragraphs. Scanned PDFs need OCR first.
