What does this tool do?

Business days are Monday to Friday. Public holidays differ by country and region, so rather than guess, the calculator lets you add the ones that apply to you.

When counting, both the start and end dates are included if they're weekdays.

Why use it?

  • Shipping and delivery estimates.
  • Legal and contract deadlines.
  • Project planning.

Example

Counting from Monday, October 5 to Friday, October 16, 2026 gives 10 working days. Adding 10 business days to Friday, October 2 lands on Friday, October 16.

Accuracy and limits

  • Weekends are assumed to be Saturday and Sunday. Some countries have a Friday–Saturday weekend.

Privacy

The calculation happens instantly in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to our servers or saved. There's no account to create and nothing to install.
