How to use the Presentation Timer
- Set the talk length and when the amber and red warnings should appear.
- Press Start and go full screen on a second screen or tablet.
- The timer beeps at each warning and counts overtime in dark red.
What does this tool do?
Speakers and chairs use colour cues because they're easy to see at a glance: green means carry on, amber means start concluding and red means wrap up now.
The timer is readable from across the room and works in full-screen mode.
