How to use the Text to CSV Converter

What does this tool do?

CSV looks simple, but fields containing commas, quotes or line breaks must be wrapped in quotes with inner quotes doubled. The converter follows the RFC 4180 rules so the file opens correctly everywhere.

Choose a semicolon delimiter for Excel in countries that use a comma as the decimal separator.
