How to use the Timesheet & Hours Calculator
- Enter start and end times and break minutes for each day; tick days off.
- Set your hourly rate and overtime rule.
- Read total hours and pay, then download the timesheet.
What does this tool do?
Working out hours by hand is error-prone, especially across lunch breaks and late finishes. The calculator handles each day, including overnight shifts that end after midnight.
Hours over your weekly threshold (40 by default) are paid at the overtime multiplier. Totals are shown in hours and minutes and as decimal hours for payroll.
Why use it?
- Breaks and overnight shifts.
- Overtime and pay.
- CSV export.
