MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, FLAC, WebM · processed on your device, never uploaded

Your files are processed entirely in your browser using built-in web technologies. They are not uploaded to our servers, and closing the page clears them from memory.

How to use the Audio Speed Changer

  1. Choose an audio file.
  2. Set the speed — or tap a preset like 1.25× or 0.75×.
  3. Keep “original pitch” on for natural voices, apply, then preview and download.

What does this tool do?

Pitch-preserving speed change uses WSOLA time-stretching, the same family of technique as podcast apps: it overlaps short slices of audio aligned to the waveform, so voices stay natural. Turning it off resamples instead, like playing a record at the wrong speed.

Audio is processed on your own device and never uploaded. Results download as lossless WAV, which plays on every device.

Why use it?

  • Keep or change pitch.
  • 0.5× to 2.5×.
  • Shows the new length.
